(KFFL) Paul Domowitch, of the Philadelphia Daily News, reports Philadelphia Eagles FB Leonard Weaver saw increased playing time in Week 8 because of the absence of RB Brian Westbrook (concussion). Weaver saw most of the time in one-back sets because he was a better pass blocker than RB LeSean McCoy. He also got eight carries for a career high 75 yards during the game. When Westbrook returns to the lineup, Weaver likely will return to his job as the lead blocker.
