| 1. | How do I set my packaged waiver events to start on Sunday instead of Kickoff now that Thursday games have begun? Answer: If you chose one of the seasons Packaged Waiver options then these are defined to run Kickoff until Kickoff each week. Now that Thursday games have started, if you wish to change these to start at Sunday 1:00 pm ET instead of the default you will need to do the following:
1. Go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Waiver Rules Calendar Setup.
2. Click the "Edit" link next to any waiver event that reads "Kickoff of Week 1 (Thu Sep 10 8:30:00 p.m. ET 2009)"
3. Change the option from the "Kickoff Week X" Default time to instead the actual date of "Sun Sep 13 @ 1:00:00pm ET 2009".
4. Click Save Event when complete.
5. Now go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Waivers/FA Setup.
6. Enable the last option "Prevent Owners From Making FCFS Waivers/Free Agent Moves Between Kickoff of that player's game and the end of the last game of the week?".
7. Click Save Waiver Setup once selected.
Then your packaged waiver event will start on Sunday instead of the Thursday kickoffs for the remaining of the season.

| 2. | An owner in my league had players in Thursday's game, but when he went to change his lineup before Sunday they were removed. How do I make sure that these Thursday players are locked into the games? Answer: If you have enabled one of the options to copy lineups on the Setup > Players And Rosters > Starting Lineup Setup, it is most likely the option: "As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available". If this is the selection then lineups do not copy until after Monday Night's final results run.
Therefore, if an owner submits a lineup after Thursday kickoff (but no lineup prior to Thursday) then all players that played on Thursday are locked out of his lineup as they are locked at kickoff of their game. You will want to change your settings to "As Soon As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available" to have these players locked into their games on Thursday at kickoff.

| 3. | Why are 0 points showing for a team in the Weekly Results when they showed points in Live Scoring? Answer: This can occur if you have not selected to copy lineups over from the previous week, or set the lineups to first copy with Monday's Results. If you have chosen to receive preliminary results and a team has "0" points for the week then on the For Commissioners > Setup >Starting Lineup Setup screen you have either not chosen to Copy Lineups or selected:
Copy Previous Week's Starters For Franchises Without Lineups:As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available
This option will not copy the lineup until after Final Results for the week are processed.
You will want to choose one of the other two options to copy lineups and this will take effect for future weeks results.
By Default the Live Scoring Pages will display the teams previous weeks lineup if none is submitted.

| 4. | How do I set lineups so only early players have to be submitted early? Answer: Go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Weekly Lineup Setup screen, and choose the lineup deadline "Players in Early Games are Locked at Kickoff for First Game of the Week, Other Players Are Locked Sunday at 1pm EST." You must also verify that one of the options for allowing partial lineups is chosen.

| 5. | Why can't I submit my week xx lineups? Answer: Most likely because it's past your league-specified lineup submission deadline. To check, go to the League ByLaws report. Look for the line that reads "Lineup Submission Deadline" - if that day/time has already passed for this week, it is past your lineup submission deadline and you will not be able to submit lineups for that week. If your commissioner wants to change the league-specified lineup submission deadline, he/she can do that on Weekly Lineup Setup screen.
This problem is especially prevalent if you have a lineup submission deadline of a time other than kickoff of the first game each week, and there is a Thursday game.
One other issue may be that you have selected that "Calendar Deadline" for your lineup submissions. If this is the case you will need to ensure that the Thursday Lineup Deadlines are properly defined on the League Calendar, especially for Thanksgiving week when Thursday games kick off at 12:30pm ET. You have to have your Thursday deadline prior to the kickoff of the first game played.

| 6. | Why did my lineups not copy over from the previous week? Answer: The system default settings is to not automatically copy over lineups for franchises that fail to actively submit them each week. In order to automate this, use the Starting Lineup Setup screen's "Copy Previous Weeks Starters For Franchises Without Lineups" option and choose from:
As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available (this will copy over lineups on the Monday night of the previous week)
As Soon As Preliminary (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) Results Are Available (this will copy over lineups on the evening of the first game of the week)
As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available. (this will copy lineups on the Monday night of the end of the current week)
If you have all of these settings defined and it still did not copy over for the previous week, then check the Starting Lineups report to ensure that someone did not accidentally submit a blank lineup for the team. (Note that un-checking the boxes on the Submit Lineup Page and saving that information, essentially clears out the lineup).

| 7. | How do I Set Lineups to Copy each week? Answer: In order to automate this go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Starting Lineup Setup screen.
Under the "Copy Previous Weeks Starters For Franchises Without Lineups" option choose one of the following:
- As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available (this will copy over lineups on the Monday night of the previous week)
- As Soon As Preliminary (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) Results Are Available (this will copy over lineups on the evening of the first game of the week)
- As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available. (this will copy lineups on the Monday night of the end of the current week)
If you have any of these settings defined and it still did not copy over for the previous week, then check the Starting Lineups report to ensure that someone did not accidentally submit a blank lineup for the team. (Note that un-checking the boxes on the Submit Lineup Page and saving that information, essentially clears out the lineup).

| 8. | Why does everyone in my league already have a win or a loss even though the week is not over? Answer: The For Commissioners > Setup > Standings Setup page has an option on it titled "Update Standings On League Standings Report (and Franchise Scores): As Soon As Preliminary (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) Results Are Available" - you currently have that checkbox checked. If you'd like to not have standings updated as soon as preliminary games are over, you may un-check that checkbox.
However, un-checking that checkbox after week 1 preliminary results are in will not revert standings back to zeros for week 1, so if this has happened to you for week 1, you'll have to hold tight until week 1 results are finalized to see the finalize standings and scores for your league.
Note that in any case, these wins and losses are considered preliminary wins and losses, and will be updated later in the week to reflect final results.

| 9. | How do I Edit the Number of Waiver Moves or Free Agent Moves? Answer: Please use the For Commissioner > Setup > Edit Number of Waiver Moves screen to adjust the number of Waiver moves for an owner.
For the Free Agent Moves you can use the For Commissioner > Setup > Edit Number of Free Agent Moves screen to adjust the number of moves for an owner.
Note: The numbers shown on this screen are the number of moves performed by the owner, if it is blank then no waiver moves have been performed.

| 10. | Can an owner still submit Confidence Picks even if they missed the first game? Answer: By missing the first game, you've been penalized the maximum amount, or the 16 point game. If you submit your other picks with confidence levels of one through 15, you'll still get points for any/all games that you pick correctly there.
