Proposal 1 fails 6-6. Proposal 2 passes 8-4. Proposal 3 fails 6-6. Rules are updated. Proposal 1: Change the kicker scoring to: Each Extra Point = 1 point Each missed Extra Point = -1 point Each Field Goal = 3 points Plus 1 point for FG between 40 and 49 yards Plus 2 points for FG between 50 and 99 yards Each missed Field Goal = -1 point Every 1 yards rushing = 0.1 point Every 1 yards receiving = 0.1 point Every 1 yards passing = 0.04 point Each pass reception = 1 point Each rushing or receiving TD = 6 points Each passing TD = 6 points Each rushing or receiving 2 point conversion = 2 points Each passing 2 point conversion = 1 point Each interceptions thrown = minus 0.5 points Each fumble lost = minus 0.5 points Proposal 2:  Proposal is to change: Each interceptions thrown = minus 0.5 points Each fumble lost = minus 0.05 points to Each interceptions thrown = minus 1 point Each fumble lost = minus 1 point Proposal 3:  Removal or an owner during the offseason. During the offseason (Jan. - Jul.), owners can ask the Commish to initiate a league vote to remove an owner.  The vote will be sent to the league anonymously and not include the owner in question.  If 8 or more owners vote to remove the owner, the Commish will inform the owner and return his entry fee, if applicable.
