| I'm hoping all of you decide to stick with your team for next year. Seems like 4 or 5 of us are already committed, which is most excellent. This is a great group and I hope we keep playing together here for years to come. If you don't want to keep your team let me know by email and we'll find another owner. If you know someone who would be a good owner to invite in case of vacancies, let me know that too. We'll need to set a date for our draft in August. We can compare schedules closer to that time. Per the league rules, we have to cut one of our top 3 scorers on both offense and defense, as well as anyone else we want to cut, and announce those cuts one week before the draft. I imagine MFL will charge us money to stick around. I'd be very interested in making this a money league, maybe $50 or $100. We can also change our league rules if we want. There's no process for that but I can schedule votes when and if any changes seem to catch fire. I know I want to go ahead and change the IR rule to conform to how we really used it this year. We can also talk playoffs. I know there's at least one vote for that.  We've had a lot of good games this year. Looking forward to more next year. |
