| I would just like to congratulate Supafly on winning the Supabowl, cause I don't think the Bullets have a chance this week. Hell, I don't even think that I will be able to field 8 players that will actually get much playing time. Favre is unlikely to play the whole game, Addai will play maybe a half (if I'm lucky), Jacobs- unlikely to play at all, Coles is out, Foster is more than likely gone in Carolina, Harrison- still out, Holmes will probably play the whole game, but it's against the Ravens, and the Steelers- Well enough said, we know how the mighty Black and Gold play against the Purple. I guess I'm stuck playing Warner, which might be a better choice than Farve anyway, except GB has Detroit, A Johnson against the Jags- ouch, The Gonzalez Duo, 2 Def that are playing for nothing, and Kicker Crosby, who I think will be my highest scorer this week. I'm not crying or whining, Ok I am, but it would be nice if we could start the playoffs, I don't know maybe a week or 2 earlier, so that the biggest game of the year actually had 2 teams that could field a starting lineup. I guess that's the risk you take by drafting players on good teams, but hell with the parity in the league, you never know who's going to playoffs anymore. Well guys it's been a great year, Thank's Tyler and Chad, any whoever else helped run this league, you guys did an awesome job. I am very much looking forward to next year. And If I do happen to actually win this week, I take back all my bitching. Thanks alot guys. Peace!!! Upon further Review, I noticed Supafly's roster is not in great shape either, as far as players getting much time this week, so I guess I do have a shot becoming A Covite Bowl Champion. And buy the way, we need a trophy or something for bragging rights, you know to hold for a year, scribe you name on it, do whatever you want with it, and hey Smouse, we can't use Tyler's mom. We should have a trophy, everyone think of some ideas foe something. Later!!! |

| I bought a small trophy in Altoona at Sheilds Trophies for like $8 a couple years ago for my Yahoo league. If you bought a bigger one it would be that costly. Or if we had someone skilled in wood working or something we could get one made. Just some thoughts. |

| I agree, I've often wondered if the Covite Bowl should actually be held during week 16. Yeah thanks for pointing out my team is in bad shape this week. I just noticed that too, my running backs(backbone of my team) are most likely seeing limited action and I have no backup with Fargas being hurt. I would like to petition the league office to be able to play my second defense as a flex play.  My defenses are my second and third leading scorers on my team, that really sucks. Best of Luck Silver Bullets. My team basically goes as San Diego(L.T) goes. My team started of really slow this year, but has steadily got better as the year went on, just like San Diego(L.T.) I guess we will see who gets lucky. Thanks everyone for a great season!!!! Well I'm off Snowboarding. I hope I don't get injured before the biggest game of the year( I feel like hitting the park up hard today. It would to irresponsible of a GM to not take of his self, I don't want to set a bad example for my team. Oh wait its just FF, I sometimes forget. |
