| BUD LIGHT INSTITUTE National Championship Tournament The top sixteen teams in the USFLnation at the conclusion of week 13 will be invited to play in the post season BLI NCT. This tournament will be played in addition to any league playoff games and will be held here on MFL. Teams will be placed into four player quadrants. The top scoring team from each quad will advance to the National Semifinals All teams must use their existing teams rosters with the exception of your D/ST. All teams may choose any team Defense to play in the tourney. Once you have chosen a team D you will play that team for as long as you last. You can't make weekly D/ST changes. FACTORING and HANDICAPPING SYSTEM Teams are awarded points based on the size of there drafting pool called factor points. FACTOR POINTS # of Teams in Draft Pool - Added Factor Points 12 - 6 16 - 10 EXAMPLE: TEAM 666 came from a league with 12 teams in the drafting pool. 12 Teams is Equal = 6 Factor Points Teams are awarded points based on a handicapping system, that is based on several complex factors but is awarded by the size of the of the teams drafting pool. HANDICAP POINTS: # of Teams in Draft Pool - Handicap Factor 12 - .02336 16 - .034251 In order to figure your Handicap Score take your Total Score before adding the Factor Points and multiply it by the Handicap Factor. EXAMPLE: TEAM 666 Scored 54 Total Points and came from and league with 12 teams in the drafting pool. 54 x .02336 = 1.26 (Standard Rounding Method) 1.26 in the Handicap Score Therefore the Score for the TEAM 666 would be: Total Score 54 Factor Points: 6.00 Hdcp Score: 1.26 Total Score 61.26 |
