| What if I want to drop a player (Tynes) & spend my $10 remaining on another player ... I am now at 18 players & cannot bid anymore Dave Alouettes | |

| Dave, I am sure that we would all like to call at least one 'do over' from this draft. So does your request mean that the Griffyns gets to drop one of his 3 kickers too. Oh and I would like the $12 I spent on Julius Jones back to be better applied elsewhere. Sounds to me like you will be dropping Tynes in the week 1 waivers, when we all have the same $100 to spend there. Scott | |

| In all the auction leagues I'm in, you're locked up until after the auction, then you can make moves at the first waiver session. You could, however, trade with another team (a 2 for 1 deal) to create a roster spot. Keep me in mind as a possibility. | |

| If a player is dropped, then the salary remains with the owner, i.e. NO CAP RELIEF But it does allow owners who have full roster & money the ability to drop & bid until the $200 is gone Dave | |

| When will we be allowed to drop players? I would like to drop Tynes, eat his salary & then bid my remaining $10 on someone else Please rule on this request ASAP Mr Commish Dave | |

| Waivers don't happen until the auction is finished. That's pretty clear. |

| I am not talking Waivers - but simply dropping a player & keep on with the bidding process .... I have $10 that will be wasted if not allowed to bid further ... can't bid cuz I have 18 players ... can't get to 17 players cuz system won't allow player drop thats pretty straight forward as well & since its our first year of auction, would appreciate a commish ruling Dave | |

| Dave this has to be a waivers issue. Otherwise we all have to be given the right to drop a guy. That would be chaotic. No easy way to draw the line on how to do it. The $10 is a cap management issue. The Griffyns have a buck left over and I suspect at least one more team will have $ left at the end of the draft too! I have to believe that we have all been in auctions before and this is one of the facets of an auction. Scott | |

| sorry, but i cannot see anyway a team would be allowed to say "wow, can't believe i can still get him" then be able to drop one of their players (even if they take the salary cap hit) and pick that player up. there should be no waivers or trades allowed until after the auction is completed. | |
