What is the deal with waivers in this league this year? Last year waivers were run at 11pm on Wednesday once the Thursday games started. This week they have been run twice (once at game time on Thursday and again on Friday??) with a player who has already played this week getting picked up on Friday.

What is the official rule for waivers in this league? Did we vote to change it from last year's rule?
