| TAZ - question for the masses, I don't see anything in the bylaws about the playoff format. I am guessing that it is similar to last year, but I don't recall how it was set up. Can we go ahead and cement those conditions for the playoffs now, rather than wait until the end of the regular season? We need to determine how many teams (guessing 6), the tiebreakers and seeding format. Thanks, Brad | |

Question on the playoffs... are we doing the top 3 teams per division with the Div Winners getting a bye in week 14? Or, are we doing another format? I looked at the site from last year and it looks like it was the top 3 teams per division. Either way, I think my under-achieving gaggle of spares is going to advance, I'm just curious. If it's the top 3 per division... (2) Goldenboy (bye) / (5) Monster Draft / (6) Pigskinsanity (1) Junkyard Jake (bye) / (3) No-Offseason / (4) Coachbox If not... and we use normal H2H / Div Rec / Points... #1 - Junkyard (bye) #2 - Goldenboy (bye) #3 - No-Offseason #4 - Coachbox #5 - MonsterDraft (the tie game bumps him up if I'm not mistaken, b/c he wouldn't have 7 losses) #6 - Pigskinsanity (appears tied with Whiz 1 / FFIndex / FFX at 6-7 and 5-5 Div... 3-0 vs the Whiz and FFI and points over FFX) Either way, I think it's the same 6 teams unless I'm lacking the daily required amount of java and have missed something. Someone else should run through the numbers as well and see what you think. | |
