(FFChamps) Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was limited in practice on Wednesday because of his sore ribs. Hasselbeck broke a rib back in Week 2 and missed two games. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports Hasselbeck is "a little bit beat up" from last week's game in Dallas, according to coach Jim Mora. However, he is "a safe bet" to play Sunday against the Lions.

Analysis: Fantasy owners are hoping Hasselbeck is ready to roll full speed by Sunday because the Lions have been pushovers for just about every passing game they have faced this season. Hass makes a very good play.
