(Rotoworld) Santonio Holmes has the sickle-cell trait that could keep teammate Ryan Clark out of Sunday's game in Denver, but Holmes is at no risk and will play.

Analysis: Clark apparantly has further complications that make his case a unique one. Holmes play in Denver in 2007 and said he had a lot of trouble breathing but no major problems. He caught six passes for 54 yards and a touchdown in that game. Don't hesitate to use Holmes this week.
