News Articles > Manning refuses to blame foot for struggles
Published Tue Nov 3 8:12:47 a.m. ET 2009
(TheHuddle) The New York Post reports New York Giants QB Eli Manning (foot) insists his right foot is not an issue. Manning said, "It feels great. It hasn't bothered me all week. I'm not taping it, I'm not doing anything with it any more. That's not the problem."

Analysis: Whatever the reason, it's become obvious Manning is struggling. In his last three games he has three touchdown passes versus six interceptions, hasn't cracked the 250-yard mark, and his team is 0-3. There are too many good Fantasy quarterbacks to rely on Manning; keep him on your bench until he shows you he's snapped out of his funk.
