Mavericks were led to their 18 point victory by a 49 point effort from Steven Jackson, who beat the Vikings defense for 142 rushing yards and 3 rushing TDs in addition to 24 receiving yards. With this performance, Jackson was the number 2 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 17. They also got help from a 23 point effort from Joey Galloway, who beat the Seahawks defense for 118 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"We're going to use this win as a building block," Mavericks coach Clint Hemingway said.

Reddogs were helped out in a losing cause by a 31 point effort from Willie Parker, who beat the Bengals defense for 134 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 11 receiving yards. With this performance, Parker was the number 4 ranked running back for week 17. They also got help from a 18 point effort from Ronnie Brown, who beat the Colts defense for 115 rushing yards in addition to 10 receiving yards.

"They out-coached us," Reddogs coach Eric Lotter said.

This brings the record for Mavericks to 5-9, and drops Reddogs to a record of 8-6.

Lombardi Lives were helped out in a losing cause by a 16 point effort from Travis Henry, who beat the Patriots defense for 102 rushing yards in addition to 3 receiving yards. They also got help from a 8 point effort from the New England Patriots Defensive Team.

"They outplayed us in every phase of the game," Lombardi Lives coach Greg Bryant said.

Adding salt to the wound, Lombardi Lives could have scored 113 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Greg Bryant left key players like Lee Evans and his corresponding 26 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Bulldogs to 11-3, and drops Lombardi Lives to a record of 9-5.
