Defending Champion

Welcome to the 2006 edition of the SFFL!

Below are a few items to note for 2006.

1. Franchise Changes

Dan Kish takes over the East Cobb Conundrum franchise.
The team is now known as Dan-O-Mites and will play in the Ale Bass Division this season.
Welcome to the league Dan!

Andy Farrell has changed his team name to Christmas Poo.
South Park fans will be familiar with the team identity.

2. New Website and Other Development

I've overhauled the website for unveiling on Sept. 2.
I've added some cool features like a SFFL Ticker and links to live NFL games.
If you have any issues please let me know as I'm still working on it all.

Also, I've developed much higher resolution helmets for all teams.
They look real and they will be put on everyone's franchise page soon.
You can get a sneak peak at Dixie's (at right) and Andy's and Dan's on their team pages.

I'm also working on chronicling all SFFL history into a website that will be tied to this site eventually.

3. Drafts

The Ale Draft is complete. Website will be updated with the results over the weekend.
The Lager Draft will be begin at 6PM ET sharp on Sept. 7th.

4. League Details

Regular season standings will be based upon victory points this season.
A team will be awarded 2 victory points for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss.
A team will also be awarded 2 victory points for finishing in the top 1/3 weekly scores, 1 for finishing in the middle 1/3, and 0 for finishing in the bottom 1/3.
