They also got help from a 21.05 point effort from Carson Palmer, who got by the Broncos defense for 209 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 6 rushing yards.

"We're glad to get out of here with the 'W'," The Brown Dog coach Jason Allison said.

*Kokanee Gold were helped out in a losing cause by a 12.80 point effort from Edgerrin James, who beat the 49ers defense for 105 rushing yards in addition to 3 receiving yards. They also got help from a 11.60 point effort from Drew Brees, who snuck past the Giants defense for 132 passing yards and 1 passing TD.
