FF Today were led to their 34.45 point victory by a 40.20 point effort from Steven Jackson, who beat the Redskins defense for 150 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 102 receiving yards. With this performance, Jackson was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 22.25 point effort from Peyton Manning, who got by the Texans defense for 205 passing yards and 3 passing TDs. "It's tough to win in a hostile environment," FF Today coach Mike MacGregor said. Smart Guy Sports were helped out in a losing cause by a 31.20 point effort from Maurice Jones-Drew, who beat the Patriots defense for 131 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 41 receiving yards. With this performance, Jones-Drew was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 19.20 point effort from Jeff Garcia, who got by the Cowboys defense for 238 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 43 rushing yards. "Turnovers killed us," Smart Guy Sports coach Brian Kreklau said. This brings the record for FF Today to 8-5, and drops Smart Guy Sports to a record of 7-6. | ||||
