| wont be back next year with current waivers system. need to go to blind bidding, gives everyone fair shot at all players. this system sucks, no way to pick up top tier fa's if you are winning. |

| So why didn't you join a league that had blind bid waivers? Maybe you should read the waiver rules before joining a league instead of bitching about the waiver process 11 weeks into the season and threatening to quit, jackass. |

| dont be rude ....its unnecessary to insult people ..if he doesnt wanna come back its ok ...i have others who want in ...but i will say ....if it werent for this waiver system the teams at bottom of the league would sit there and the higher ups would out bid them in all probability and the lower teams would than lose out even more ....i admit there needs to be a few tweaks to things but not so drastically ... if you havent noticed the Shula division has 5 teams out of 6 who are still in playoff picture and the 6th happens to have 2nd highest point total in whole league so he has had tough luck...this whole season has been very competitive and i feel very good about the end result although its not the end..its close enough to warrant responses on how things went and look forward to next season... so TOM sorry you feel the way you do but Blind Bidding isnt the answer either ...we need to set up the waiver system to rotate but still use the standings as order ..i dunno how to set that up but i have already felt that needed to change... So good luck rest of season and i will replace you if in fact you want to leave |

| besides object of waivers is to balance out league ..not make winning teams stronger....why do u think major league sports has waivers like this ...not so when T.O. gets cut like he did than best team can outbid lower tier team and take him ..he must clear waivers 1st |

| and once again ...from what ive seen ..u needed a qb ...and i offered you Harrington who has by far better weekly average than your only starter for a backup rb in Barber and i didnt even get a response ..no decline ,accept,counter.....i also noticed the bottom teir owners were doing everything possible to improve their rosters ..offering trade after trade...so theres more to team management than waiver system ...if u wanna upgrade ..offer trades |

| Somewhere under the waiver setup rules menu is an option for a rotating order. If you can't find it in the offseason let me know and I will if we choose that way. Even though I think waivers are better, in the league I run we went with first come first serve all the time. It eliminated many headaches I had with the whole waiver system and worked much better than I anticapated. Norm has been a decent commisioner and threatening to quit next year doesn't do you any favors. Voice your concerns and as a league we can change whatever we all decide. | not a threat, just an advisory. im in 10 leagues and this is only one where waivers is figured this way. and in a larger league like ours i dont think it makes since. would prefer blind bid or waivers process that when you pick up someone you to end of order. |

| this topic is over...like i said from day 1 ..if an issue arises all i ask is you speak up so we can fix it ...you waited till end of waivers and voice displeasure ...im not a tyrant ..if something arises ill do my best to fix it ...but im not a mind reader so it is over ...have a nice thanksgiving ...no more insults PLEASE |
