| tough break Owlman... 3rd time the charm... thats 3 games Texas looked bad and it finally caught up with them... at Nebraska, the Huskers had it won but fumbled to gift Texas the ball at NU 20something with minute to play, UT gets game winning FG... against Texas Tech... Tech tallies 513 yds passing, cant score in 2nd half and loses 35-31... but K-State ??? wow, i didn't see the whole game, was at the OU-TexasTech game in Norman...after the OU game was over, saw the 4th qtr of the K-State-Texas game at a sportsbar next to campus... a shocker to say the least...obviously losing mccoy had to hurt, but he don't play defense...and the Wildcats flat put up the points on texas deeee... now will definitely be pulling for those pesky lil aggies to do it again come Thanksgiving weekend  texas still controls own destiny to win Big12 South... but an A&M upset over the horns combined with OU beating baylor and okla state would give OU the Big12 South... which as yOU know is the right OUtcome every season

| Hey, it happens. But UT still has a lock on the South and an outside shot at a BCS bid. They just need to get their heads out of the clouds and quit believing what they read in the papers. |

| yep, if you remember in 2001, the year after OU's Nat'l Championship, we were top ranked then lost AT A&M and upset by OklaSt. at home...ended up in Cotton against Ark. that year... go AGGIES news last night was that OU was taking orders for Big12 champ game (in case)... if A&M beats UT & OU wins both remaining against Baylor & OklaSt. then OU wins the Big12 South by virtue of only 1 conference loss... slim chances...but that is exactly what happened to OU in 2001... i fully expect texas to win the South, should win the Big12 champ game and get a BCS Auto bid...no chance of being in title game now though... those damn Irish might get in though and i truly truly hate HATE NOTRE DAME !!! |
