| Wow, you guys sure know how to fill up a guy's email inbox! Just returned from a couple days away for the holidays and found about a million emails, with 999,999 from the boys in DDG! Now if I could just steer all of you to the discussion board -- hint... http://glffl.ipbhost.com/index.php -- hint... hint... -- that thing would take off like I'm envisioning. If at all possible, check out the link to this discussion here -- http://glffl.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=340 -- so we can keep all of our ideas in one place... ********** Great ideas by all. How about this idea courtesy of the GLFFL home offices... We keep DDG1 as is and don't change anything. Guys signed up with rules in mind and if we lose some owners, that's OK. It happens sometimes. I for one would love to join this league as it ranks right up there with our most active throughout the organization. I think we've got a good thing going there and don't want to fool with it. How about this for DDG2... We come up with a 12-teamer, total redraft or partial redraft-- we work together on coming up with the rules. We award a sizable 1st place prize to the winner, maybe make it a WCOFF-style playoff system where you truly have to run the gauntlet in the playoffs to win, AND... I don't take a cut of anything and cover the cost of the league fees with MyFantasyLeague.com so that we can give a yearly donation to the Turkey Bowl courtesy of the GLFFL... And... we make it an annual event that drafts the day of the NFL draft. To quote someone else, can I get an amen to that?
