I guess they're subject to the same $3 fine as the regular-season games. Final was 23-22 Hutton, but it's not the first one-point Krohn Bowl. Lakeview beat Spokane 29-28 last year, and Boulder beat Ballard 24-23 back in 1992. We've also seen Spokane beat Bellevue by 2 (1989) and Belltown beat Lewiston by 3 (2000).
