| I truly believe the Cinderella run ends for the Midnight Vigilantes today, as Jeff Gallagher's Gridiron Gods will advance to next week's Ultimate Bowl, where they will take on the champions of the NCFFL for an extra payout. The Vigilantes came back to earth last week and were VERY fortunate to hang onto victory over the surging No Limit Ballers, primarily because Chad Johnson cramped up and played like a puss last Monday night. If he plays like he can and engages the Colts in a shootout, we would have been done. Speaking of Peyton -- Gridiron's QB today -- he'll bring too much firepower against us, preventing us from winning our 5th Erie League title. Thanks to all-- it's been a fun year. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

| Pav, Congratulations on your 5th Championship. I wish your predictions were as good as your coaching but unfortunately for me your team showed up big. With a 116 points at least I didn't go without a fight but it is hard to overcome 37+ from Bulger and Jackson and 28+ Betts but I guess that is offset by the zero thrown up by Henderson. I couldn't believe I had made it this far with my team so while I am disappointed I am happy to have made it as far as I did. Again Congrats!!! Gridiron Gods |

| Thanks for the kind words Jeff. Man what a game. As I was watching the results come over early, with MJ Drew's long TD run, McGahee's TD and Manning driving down the field with ease, I figured I was done. I couldn't believe what I was watching though with the fireworks in that Rams-Redskins game and how Bulger, SJax and Betts were bringing me right back into the game. I was hoping I'd have a lead going into Monday night because no way in the world did I want to trust my season on that bozo T.O. Great season again to you and your team! Pav |
