| Yeah, leave it to the faithful Royals fans to chime in....You may have swept the Tigers, but didn't you have another 100 LOSS season? Royals will never be a team again until the OWNER opens up the WALLET! They finally did get someone who has an eye for talent so maybe in a few years I can say Congrats to the ROYALS and let everyone go out and celebrate. Until that time at least be HAPPY that a MISSOURI team won the World Series!!!! |

| As the lone Detroit Tigers fan here, I will tip my hat to the Cardinals. They had a great game plan, and executed it perfectly. The Tigers had a great season, though, and it was totally unexpected. They lost 119 games 3 years ago, and lost 91 last year. There's hope out there, Royals fans! Richard is right, though. Glass needs to open up the wallet and get this team to at least the $60-$70 million level. If he can do that, they might have a chance. Congrats Patrick - I'm glad we didn't bet on this thing!!!! |

| Oh, I'm not upset. I've been a Cardinals fan for a long time. Yes, I do cheer on the Royals and hope they do better. Nobody hit a nerve. I just still have bad memories of the I-70 Series so glad the Cardinals finally got the win after making it and being swept in the past. |
