| The 4 things to remember when voting: 1. The JAILBIRD RULE - Any player that is arrested/charged/convicted with a crime that is on a team's roster that team will be fined $5. The team can only be fined 1 per offence. This rule would be in effect from May 1 until March 31. This fine would not be collected during the year but added on the owner league fee payment and given to that years superbowl winner's league fee . IF an owner that has jailbird fine's leaves the league then that money would not be collected and will NOT be paid out to the winner. | need clarification...if NFL suspends a guy for an offence ie. K.Rob DUI and then NFL suspends him that is a double fine? |
