TSUNAMI TAKES THE TITLE

Tsunami held on after a late Monday surge by Petunias to win his first Fantasy Bowl 96-92. As I thought it was our second highest point total in a fantasy bowl and the closest since FB III in 1998. Petunia was hurt by the poor showing of Michael Vick but took the lead 99-96 through three quarters in the monday night game after being down 18 points. A strong fourth quarter by the Jets hurt the Miami defense and Petunias lost points and ended up on the losing side with the Miami D forcing no turnovers and just one sack.

CONGRATULATIONS TO TIM CREMEN AND TSUNAMI!!

The final count of prize money is:

    TOILET BOWL VII: Congratulations to Rumblers who holds on to win Toilet Bowl VII by 20 points over Stogies. This is Rumblers second straight TB win....time for the big dance next year!

    The format of the Toilet Bowl is that the winner is determined by the highest cumulative points over week 14, 15 and 16. The winner gets a trophy (which I know I still owe a past champ) and $50 in fantasy dollars over and above the usual allowance for next season.

    NOTE FOR WEEK 3: There were 3 teams that had the same low score for the week. Using the same process to break a tie for regular games Scoregasm and Muscles were eliminated and SoCal Smoke survived. The factor was highest scoring individual player on the starting roster.

    NOTE FOR WEEK 5: I previously listed Aeriel Assault as getting Immunity for week 5 but had to remove him since neglected to notice he was eliminated in week 2....so Wide Receders actually had immunity.
