Great game and great season by your team. Even though I had a good lead going into Sunday, I was never comfortable with the guys you had left (Favre, Thomas Jones, D. Mason). You have an excellent squad that should be formidable again next year. Thanks to everyone for an excellent first season in the Browns Backers League! Hopefully someday we'll all be together on here to share in the future success of the real Browns!!

Ditto on the congrats Josh -- Nice Job As for the "real" Browns -- the three years without a team really broke the intensity of the Pittsburgh rivalry! I'm not sure we will ever get it back -- but one thing's for sure, you can't keep changing personnel and expect it to grow. The new guys have to understand that as a real Brown's Fan, I would have gladly taken 1-15 this year if the "1" knocked the fucking Steelers out of the playoffs! Looking forward to next year!! TD

Well said Top Dawg! As bad as that loss was this week, all can probably be forgotten for true Browns fans with a shellacking of the Ravens this week to close it out. Then we need to get some solid draft picks -- perhaps it helps for once they're not going to be Top 5 guys that break the bank before they're proven -- and spend some of that cap money to get back into contention next year. I don't know about the rest of you but Cincinnati doesn't scare me at all as a force in the division. We've got to get on par with the Steelers because they're the legitimate team in my opinion. Happy New Year everyone!
