| From my November 3rd Around the NFC fantasy column...RB Samkon Gado, acquired two weeks ago from the Kansas City Chiefs, is a true sleeper this stage in the season. Gado has been impressing coaches so much that thirteen days after signing him to their practice squad, they activated him to the 53 man roster. His first carry, which came in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, was good for eight yards. RB Coach Edgar Bennett has been working with the 5'10", 226 Nigerian soccer player every day, beginning at 7am. At 1-6 the Packers don't have much reason not to give Gado a shot at the starting job. Stay tuned for more details. TO's Pity Party...seems like I was right on target. TO tearing the Eagles apart. Are their any Eagles fans left who still want him on their team? Just curious |
