I HAD 2 QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD :

Before I come to a decision I wanted to know if this rule was in place in

>any of your other leagues (or if there was any other way Nic would have
>known about this deadline). To tell you the honest truth I wasn't aware
>there was a deadline to ask for an extension, but if there was any possible
>way that he woud have known about the extension deadline beforehand, Nic is
>pretty much guilty.

MY ANSWER
s you can see it is clearly written in the rules (this is the 3rd year in

>this league)
>and for your question no other league has this
>2 things to point out:
>1. each league is different so it is not fair to compare league
>2. these are our rules and this is the 3 rd year they have been existence
>and each year rules are recommended to be changes

2ND QUESTION
just after a bit of
clarification. Forgive my ignorance, but this 3 day notification of late
payment - is it writen in the rules or registered anywhere, or is this just
common knowledge?
MY ANSWER
the 3 day notification is in the rules

So after all that copying and pasting so evryone can see what was said
the final vote was 3-0 (FINE STAYS)

Nic you must pay the fine before you can do any transactions.
at this point in time all you can do is draft, sumbit line-ups
Commissioner Date Fri Apr 21 12:33:43 p.m. PT 2006
fine has been paid

nic is now allowed to do transactions
