Lewiston finishes the season 11-1-0 against the rest of the DFL.

0-1-1 against Spokane (0-2-1 if you count the "Survivor" finale).

That sucks for you.  Despite your lack of sympathy for what I consider a ridiculous spate of personnel problems in the Crawford organization, I do feel bad for the Cattle Prods.  Spokane was something like 18+ points over their average in those matchups, while you were more than 18 under.  That is just plain bad luck.

Or maybe its instant karma.

Just for the record, Ian: I don't feel bad for you.

The GRK: The Krohn Bowl storyline ... Can Bruce finally get the best of Oscy?

The result wasn't a big surprise. My team was very good for about the first 9 weeks of the season, but it's been nothing special for the last month or so.

If Cal's team win, do they go on the hardware as the Cal Bears or Cal's Bears? The guy never really named his team.

Also from the DFL mother file (I log final standings and playoff scores in a big Excel file):

Both years we've gone with an expanded wild card format, Spokane has made the playoffs (when it otherwise wouldn't have) and then won two games to get into the final. The Pandas won the Krohn Bowl either two or three years ago.

Lewiston ties the DFL record with its fourth straight playoff loss (Stuart once lost four playoff games in a row, and Tony-san has an active four-loss streak). Previously, Lewiston had been extremely lucky, winning seven straight playoff games.

That IS incredible.  Stuart made it to the playoffs four years in a row?

I thought the name of Cal's team was the Lakeview Floating Transsexuals?

The GRK: Wondering if Rob "In Denial" Allan is going to submit a lineup this week, too.
