| According to our league rules, a team's roster cannot exceed 20 players at any time. The rules clearly state that when adding a player that will take you over the 20 man roster limit, you must drop a player. Here is the excerpt from our rules page; 2. Rosters will consist of 20 players. The eleven (11) reserves on your roster may consist of any number of quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, kickers, or NFL teams. It is your responsibility to maintain your roster at all times. If a team goes over the 20 spots (by free agent pickup or trade) the transaction or transactions will not be processed for that week. Teams in the Great Lakes Gurus Leagues keep their entire ENTIRE roster from season to season. New players are added during the off-season drafting periods, and your team will need to drop a player (if at 20 players on roster) if you're acquiring one. I'm not sure how the setting got altered where teams could go above and beyond 20 but that has been fixed. Please make the necessary cuts from your team by the end of the evening Sunday. Thanks, Kirk |

| Everybody hold on... If you've already made your cuts you're going to get the guys back. This came up in Guru 1 and the guys over there agree with all of you that we didn't have this as a past practice last year so we're going to get the issue resolved. Just hang tight but I'll make the adjustment in the rules to allow for expansion during the off-season with the stipulation to cut down one week before the season starts.
