| I sure hope the commissioner does a better job of keeping up with trades during the regular season. FAP and I made a trade last week and it's been sitting in the "waiting for commisioner approval" status ever since. I also notice it was almost a full week after I paid my entry fee before the "*" showed up next to my name. I understand this is the off-season and it's nothing that critical right now. However, I'd like to make sure that is truly all it is. If when making a trade during the regular season I can't be sure that it will go through before that week's game, that's something I need to know up front. In this case it's no big deal and I can wait. (I'm glad I didn't plan on just turning around and offering the player I got from FAP in a trade for someone else) Am I worrying about nothing here? |

| That's weird, I had a trade accepted this morning in another league, and it's already processed. Normally they get processed within a day, maybe 2 even in the off-season. Always within 24 hours during the season, at least that's been my experience. Never had a problem, and I'm in several GLFFL's. Maybe Kirk just missed yours, I'd email him:-) |

| Yeah, in fact I was coming to the site thinking, "If the trade isn't processed, I need to e-mail Kirk about it". Since we closed the deal on Fri, in the middle of Easter weekend, I was willing to give Kirk the holiday off.  But it is time now. Generally, in-season and on draft days Kirk is very responsive, IMO. |

| Thanks guys, good to know. I'm truly not a complainer and I didn't want to get off on the wrong foot. However, I just wanted to know what to prepare myself for during the season. I'm glad to know I was worrying about nothing.

|   You'd think I'd learn my lesson. Read the fine print and make sure you know the secret hand-shake and any other initiations before joining anything. My hair just grew back from my last initiation.

| Sorry about that guys. Been on vacation the past few days (Easter weekend, still en route back home now) and I had some sporadic internet access during the trip. Definitely won't happen again and if for some reason you're not seeing a trade go through almost immediately, shoot me an email to make sure the notification came through my system as it should have.
