	I am asking for the commissioner and the executive board to review the Owner Code of Conduct for the Parcellz Boys, in response to recent outburst infected with cursing.  Most notably, a trade request and comment.  The trashtalking is one thing, but what about the cursing.  "First of all, don't point your finger at me...second, don't curse at me!".  His trade request looks similar to his first in which he wanted Manning, Harrison, Staley and Finneran FOR Henry, Brown, Brady and J. Smith.  If the cursing outburst are fine and dandy, just let me know and I would be glad to join in! Parcells Boyz gave up Gordon, Lamar PHI RB;Morris, Maurice SEA RB;Troupe, Ben TEN TE 4th and Goal gave up Manning, Peyton IND QB;Harrison, Marvin IND WR;Owens, Terrell PHI WR Comments: Stir your butt, i made an honest offer and you counter with that crap bullshit? Listen up, your team is so bad i would not want any of your players to infect my team with sucking sickness. hey your RBs are good," The comments IMO are borderline but not inflammatory enough to require disciplinary action. I suggest blocking the owner's e-mail address if you find his e-mails offensive. Expected Owner Conduct Owners will be expected to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disparage the league, commisssioner, league officers, nor its owners in any way, shape, or form. 1. While bragging is always a part of some owner's personality and is to be expected, insults, personal attacks, and inflammatory or taunting acts will not be tolerated. The Commissioner will have total authority in drawing the line between trash talking and the above mentioned acts. This will be strictly enforced. 2. Any correspondence attacking the Commissioner to other owners or to public message boards violates the Owner Code of Conduct. 3. Removing an Owner. If an owner is considered by the Commissioner to be conducting himself in a manner not in the Best Interest of the League or DETRIMENTAL to the league, the owner may be removed. If an owner feels it is necessay to attack the league or any of its' owners in any form, then it is in their best interest to find a different league. A refund of the entry fee will be determined by the league and any refund will affect the prize money.

	I request that this go in front of the executive board to determine if the Owner's Code of Conduct has been violated.  The commissioner views it as borderline, so how about some help from the EB to see if it did cross the line.  I view this as an action that is disparaging to the league.

	No one ask me. But.. I see the text as non-offensice. It's not *my* way of communicating. Yet, it was common adult male smack, IMO.

	Well I saw where someone else was reprimanded for something similar...so I think all should have to play by the rules.  But it looks like the COMMISSIONER will pick and choose who he doesn't like!  I think it's a joke.  If it's okay to talk this bullshit then I'll join in with a curse laced tirade!  KIPER

	CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME  why we are still on this subject?? This is SPOSE to be fun ... I think everyone is afraid to talk any smack or trash here cause someone may take it the wrong way.
