	Did I miss something?  Is GOAT HILL MENTALS no longer in the league?  If so, then we need to decide what is to be done with the vacancy.  Why was the franchise 1 short in starting lineup requirments?????

	Sorry for the delay in responding.  I've been on state active duty.  GHM was removed from the league for violating the Owner Code of Conduct.  EC vote was unanimous.  I talked to Mark and said it was alright with me if GHM was reinistated provided he agreed to certain conditions.  If not, Mark was going to atempt to find an alternate owner.  I don't know what the status is right now but Mark is going to have the team filled with someone shortly. 	We've decided to change the sentence from league removal to a one week suspension, which has been served. Sean, the owner of the Goat Hill Mentals, has accepted our invitation to return.
