| AROUND THE LEAGUE--WEEK 13--PLAY-OFF BREAKDOWN Hey guys, just a short one about the last week of action, seeding and games in the play-offs, etc In what looks like an all around better scoring week for most teams we had some very exciting finishes! Over-all, the teams that needed to step up to clinch divisions or lock down play-off seeds performed well, notably the Henchmen, riding the legs of rb Julius Jones to a victory on MNF and clinching the Central division title. Play-off seeds are as follows: #1--Poppers #2--Lightning #3--Henchmen #4--Knights #5--Unwelcome #6--Rednecks While the Knights and Unwelcome finish with the same record, the Knights took their regular season contest back in week 2. The Rednecks, Boyz and Misfitz all finished with the same record so we go to the tie-breakers. The Rednecks and Boyz split their 2 regular season contests so it goes to the next tie breaker, which the Rednecks claim, better division record. In the case of the Rednecks and Misfitz, they did not play this season and the Rednecks once again lay hold to the better division record tie-breaker. Week 1 of the play-offs will be as follows: Poppers and Lightning get the 1st round byes Rednecks will play at the Henchmen Unwelcome will play at the Knights Preliminary draft order for 2005, with the rest to be determined after the play-offs, will be: #1--Punishers--by record #2--Riverbucks--lost to the Showboats #3--Showboats--beat the Riverbucks #4--Gangsters--by record #5--Misfitz--lost to Boyz #6--Boyz--beat the Misfitz Punishers and Gangsters strictly by over-all record, the rest by the league tie-breakers.
